This is a starter terms page for WPZora LeadShield Cloud. Review it with your legal advisor before public launch.
Service scope
LeadShield provides email validation, IP intelligence, WordPress connector protection, SafeLink traffic pre-screening, logs, analytics, and billing-based usage limits.
Acceptable use
You may not use LeadShield for deceptive redirects, cloaking, illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, abusive traffic routing, or attempts to evade platform policies.
Availability and fail modes
No online service can guarantee perfect uptime or perfect detection. Customers are responsible for choosing fail-open or fail-closed behavior for their sites.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are handled through PayPal. Plan limits may include monthly API checks, site limits, API key limits, and SafeLink limits.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for configuring policies correctly, testing in monitor mode before block mode, and ensuring that blocking rules comply with their own legal and business obligations.
Limitation
LeadShield is provided as a risk-reduction and filtering tool, not a guarantee against all fraud, abuse, bots, fake emails, or malicious traffic.
